Victoriano Rodriguez received his J.D., magna cum laude, from Interamerican University of Puerto Rico, where he received the recognitions Outstanding Student in Property and Registral Law (Mortgage Law) , Outstanding Student in Notarial Law, and Dean’s List - (Class 2002). While in law school, he worked for Prof. Urrutia de Basora as assistant professor in the Civil Code Revision (Family Law). He also, attend the summer program in Ortega y Gasset Foundation in Toledo, Spain, Family Law Compared and European Community Law, Amsterdam Treaty.
Victoriano graduated from the University of del Turabo in 2008, cum laude, with a B.A. in Social Science and a major in Criminology. Prior to law school, Victoriano worked for the House of the Representatives of Puerto Rico, Civil Juridical Commission.
